Museum Street Dental Practice is providing urgent NHS dental appointments to non-registered patients under a new government scheme.

At your urgent appointment we will provide an initial assessment and if possible, address your dental concern at that appointment.

Appointments are subject to availability and normal NHS fees apply, i.e. the cost of the initial assessment is £27.40, (unless there is a valid exemption).

Further assessment and treatment appointments will be subject to the normal NHS fees.

NHS fees will be payable on booking any further treatment appointments.

Following the initial urgent assessment or urgent treatment there will be further clinics arranged for further assessments and treatment if required.

Continued registration at the practice cannot be guaranteed, and is subject to NHS contract capacity at the time.

The practice is unable to see patients who fail to attend appointments, fail to pay the required NHS fees or breach our zero-tolerance policy.
