Other Dental Practices can refer a patient to have an OPG taken at our practice, the private fee for this is £35 and is payable on booking.
The fee is non refundable if the patient fails to attend their appointment, cancels at short notice, or attends without the completed and signed referral form.
The referring dentist must complete and sign the request form.
